Will this map work on an iPhone or iPad?
No, it will not since these devices do not support Flash. However, our HTML5 Congress map does work on these devices.

Do I need Flash knowledge to customize my map?
No. Customization is very simple and requires no Flash knowledge whatsoever. You don't even need to own Flash. Simply, edit the XML file to change links, the colors, descriptions etc.

What is XML? It sounds complicated!?
It's not complicated at all. XML is a very simple way of storing data. The Flash program is based on the data you provide in the XML file. Below is what the Washington part of the XML file might look like:

<state name="Washington" id="WA"> <description>Washington is in the Pacific Northwest</description> <url>http://www.washington.gov</url> </state> XML can be easily customized using Notepad or another text editor.

How difficult is it to install the map?
It is very easy to install the map. You just upload two files and copy and paste some HTML code into your web page.

Will you help me install the map?
Yes, we provide free email support if you have questions about basic customization and installation. We'll even call you, if necessary, to get any problems figured out.

Will the map work with GoDaddy's Website Tonight, Wordpress, or some other Content Management System?
Yes, it will. We have successfully installed maps on these systems and would be happy to assist you with installation.

What if I need additional customization that cannot be done via XML?
If you want to make significant changes to the core Flash file, we also offer our services as paid consultants. Contact us for a quote.

What if the map doesn't work for me?
You can return it within 30 days for a full refund. There is absolutely no risk. If you seek a refund you must remove the map from your site immediately.
